Global Forum on the Environment and Climate Change

Paris, France (hybrid meeting) – 3-4 April, 2024, 9:30 – 17:30

This Global Forum on the Environment and Climate Change, jointly organised by the OECD and the IEA, aims to promote dialogue, and enhance understanding among a wide range of countries on key issues relevant to the international climate change negotiations and implementation of the Paris Agreement.

The sessions in this Global Forum will focus on insights to inform the next round of nationally determined contributions (NDCs) and on elements related to the new collective quantified goal (NCQG) on climate finance.

Marta Torres Gunfaus, IDDRI Climate Director, will participate in the session “Insights from Paris-consistent global emissions pathways for enhanced NDCs”, sharing some of the thinking and results of the DDP latest work.
